Quality control is an essential part of every Sun Chen sourcing project. From new product development to repeat orders, we coordinate inspection activities with our manufacturing partners to help ensure each shipment is produced according to customer specifications and approved requirements.

01 OVERVIEW
Quality control from development to repeat orders.
Sun Chen coordinates quality inspection activities throughout the sourcing process. Whether a project involves a new product, an approved sample, or a repeat production order, inspection requirements are reviewed according to customer specifications and product requirements.
02 INSPECTION SCOPE
Inspection based on product and project requirements.
Dimensional Measurement
Dimensions can be checked against approved drawings, specifications, or sample requirements.
Material Certification
Material documentation can be coordinated when required by the customer or project.
Surface Finish Verification
Surface treatment requirements can be reviewed according to the approved product specification.
Additional Testing
Hardness, torque, and other inspection requirements may be coordinated when required.
03 SAMPLING & PRODUCTION
Quality checks before and during mass production.
For new products, pre-production or off-tool samples may be inspected before customer approval and mass production. Inspection may include supplier internal inspection and Sun Chen inspection based on the agreed requirements.
For repeat orders, production and inspection are coordinated to help maintain consistency with previously approved specifications. Final inspection requirements are reviewed before shipment.
